Health Ministry's Updates on COVID-19 - November 20

Iran’s Health Ministry has confirmed 3,539 new cases of COVID-19 infection in 24 hours, increasing the total number of cases to 6,073,098.

Health Ministry said that the virus has killed 118 patients since Saturday noon, raising the overall death toll to 128,852.

So far, 5,771,363 patients have recovered from the disease or been discharged from the hospital.

It said 3,416 patients are also in critical conditions caused by more severe infection.

It noted that 37,673,877 COVID-19 tests have been taken across the country so far.

56,473,162 Iranians have received the first dose of the COVID19 vaccine and 44,294,652 people have so far received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Some 724,721 people have received the third dose of the COVID19 vaccine.
